Our Return Policy allows you to exchange or Refund a product in two Cases:
1) The Customer received a wrong Product
- If a wrong Product is delivered to the customer, we will get it picked up for free.
- Once the wrong product is received by us, we will dispatch the correct product or refund the amount within 8-12 working days.
2) The Customer received a Damaged Product
- Customers may claim refund if they receive damaged products however, they must provide video proof.
- Customers are advised to make video while unwrapping or unboxing of parcel. This video will be used as a proof that customer received damaged products.
- If video proof is not provided or video is made after the product has been unboxed then customer will not be entitled for the refund.
- Please E-mail us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please attach photos and Video of Parcel Opening.
- All Products must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
- Refund will be sent in case the parcel was stolen (no delivery within 15 days after shipping number was provided). Due to COVID-2019 15 days is extended to 25 days.
- Order cancellation is only possible if your parcel is not dispatched yet.
- Once payment is authorized or parcel is shipped out order cancellation requests are not satisfied.
