We are offering Delivery in almost all cities in Pakistan.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
Packages are delivered between 10:00 -18:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on Public Holidays.
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We would make every effort to deliver your order within 2 - 5 business days, depending on the location of delivery.
Please note that Nexair.pk is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable; incorrectly addressed orders; weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we do. All orders of Rs. 1000 and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 200 is applied on orders below.
IS IT NECESSARY FOR ME TO PROVIDE IDENTIFICATION WHEN I RECEIVE THE PACKAGE?
No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY DELIVERY?
All Nexair.pk packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before handed over to our Logistics Partners. At the time of Receiving please check the external condition of the Flyer/Package/Box to see, if there are signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. We request you not to sign and accept if you are concerned about the condition of the shipment. Instead, Return the Package back to the courier.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT IS MISSING IN THE PARCEL?
If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact Nexair.pk Customer Service at 03114 NEXAIR (639247) within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
CAN I MODIFY MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, you can change the delivery address before it is dispatched from our warehouse. If the order is already dispatched you have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. If you have already made the payment, it will be refunded to you as per refund terms and conditions.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON?
